"Broker INS" is an insurance brokerage agency that works in the interest of the client and brings him into contact with all insurance companies registered in Montenegro for the purpose of entering into an insurance agreement.

"Broker INS", with its results so far, has in the eyes of our clients become synonymous for reliability, uncompromising quality of services, honest and empathetic attitude towards policyholders, as well as proposing and creating insurance "tailored to the client". We achieve this level of quality by knowing the complete range of modern insurance programs of all insurance companies, which testifies to our readiness to constantly improve our knowledge in order to be competitive in the market. Our legal and professional obligation is to prepare a risk analysis, propose appropriate coverage, assess the solvency of the insurance company based on data on the company's operations, to act as a broker in negotiating execution of insurance contracts, inspect the content of the policy, offer assistance to the insured, and monitor performance of the insurance contract when the insured event occurs. Our strategic goal is to direct our business policy according to the interests of the insured. We achieve this by considering the offers of all serious insurance companies for all required types of insurance and, according to our expert assessment, we propose an offer that can best protect the interests of our clients. The offers presented by our agency may be identical and in certain circumstances, with our recommendation, may be more favorable than the offers that the insured can receive directly from the insurance companies.

In the comparative analysis of all received offers that we receive from insurance companies, thanks to our experience, but also due to the experience of a large number of insured persons with whom we cooperate, we single out and propose the offer of the insurance company that meets the following criteria:

- amount of the premium
- fair and realistic assessment of the damage
- timeliness of payment of the incurred damage

Insured persons can count on our professional help from the moment the policy is finalized, throughout the insured period, as well as in the situation when, possibly, an insured event occurs, in which situations we hire a special team of experts for a fair and timely collection of damages.

Our agency is interested in mediation activities directly from insurance companies (commission, brokerage), which means that all policyholders can use our services for free. For our formal and legal engagement, an order (authorization) from a client is necessary in order for our engagement to satisfy all legal requirements. The authorization is usually given for a period of one year, although the period may be adjusted in accordance with an agreement with the client.

Insurance brokerage company „Broker INS“ LTD Podgorica was founded on 20 September 2011 at the suggestion of my mentor Mr. Ivica Zupanovic, who has been successfully engaged in insurance business for 30 years.
